Gladiator Camp is not a circuit class with boxing gloves added. It is a structured eight-week fight camp designed to prepare complete beginners for their first kickboxing fight.
Complete beginners welcome
This is for you if:
You want to learn kickboxing in a structured environment.
You want to train toward a clear and meaningful goal.
You want to improve your fitness with a purpose beyond burning calories.
You want to test yourself outside your comfort zone with the discipline and support of a fight camp.
Know before you commit
This is not for you if:
You want a casual drop-in class or boxing-themed fitness circuit.
You cannot commit consistently to the weekly sessions and Super Saturdays.
You are unwilling to be coached, train with partners or follow safety standards.
You want instant results without consistent training, recovery and preparation.
Most camp participants are expected to compete. Final bout participation remains subject to coach approval, medical clearance, suitable matchmaking and opponent availability.

The camp runs from 14 September 2026 to 7 November 2026, with the fight-night pathway at the end of Phase 4.
No previous fight experience is required. Complete beginners are welcome. Your consultation helps the coaching team establish where your training should begin and whether a fight-night bout is appropriate.
Most participants are expected to work toward competing, but no bout is automatic. Final participation depends on coach approval, medical clearance, suitable matchmaking and opponent availability.
You are not expected to arrive fight ready. The programme and preparation manual build your engine progressively. Consistency and coachability matter more than being the fittest person on day one.
There are three 1.5-hour sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, plus Super Saturday from 10am–12pm—up to 6.5 coached hours weekly.
You will need hand wraps, a mouthguard, shin guards and 16oz gloves as the camp progresses. Loan equipment is available at the start while you arrange your own gear, subject to availability.
Consistent attendance is expected because each phase builds on the one before it. Speak with the coaching team as early as possible if work, illness or injury will affect your attendance.
Fight night will be held at a Queenstown venue. Full venue and spectator information will be announced once confirmed.
