Hurto Gym’s Kids & Youth program is designed to help young people develop confidence, fitness, discipline, and resilience through structured Muay Thai and boxing training.
Whether your child is brand new or already training, our experienced coaching team provides a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment to learn and grow.
No experience needed. Beginners are always welcome.

Kids vs Youth Classes
Kids (Ages 4–11)
Class groups split 4-7 & 8-11 years
- Focus on coordination, balance, and basic technique
- Builds confidence, listening skills, and body awareness
- Fun, engaging sessions with clear boundaries and structure
- Children younger that 6 may be considered if they are keen and can stay focused throughout the session, contact Rob with any queries.
Youth (Ages 12–16)
- More technical training and fitness development
- Builds discipline, resilience, and self-confidence
- Great foundation for sport, fitness, or competitive pathways
Muay Thai & Boxing – What’s the difference?
🥊 Muay Thai
Muay Thai is known as the “Art of Eight Limbs”, using punches, kicks, knees, and elbows (age-appropriate and controlled).
In our kids and youth classes, Muay Thai helps develop:
- Coordination and full-body movement
- Balance, rhythm, and athleticism
- Confidence and self-control
- Respect, discipline, and focus
🥊 Boxing
Boxing is known as the sweet science and focuses on punches, footwork, defence, and movement.
In our kids and youth classes, Boxing builds:
- Hand-eye coordination
- Speed, agility, and fitness
- Confidence and self-control
- Strong foundations for sport and general fitness
Both disciplines are taught in a safe, controlled, non-contact or light-contact format, appropriate to age and experience.
2026 Kids & Youth Timetable
(Kids age 4–11 | Youth age 12–16)
Kids boxing – 3:30-4:30pm – Mondays & Wednesdays
Kids Muay thai 3:30-4:30pm – Tuesdays & Thursdays
Youth Muay Thai – 4:30-5:30pm – Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
Youth Boxing – 4:30-5:30pm – Tuesdays & Thursdays
