AGES 4–7 | FOUNDATIONS

Students will learn:

  • Basic punches, kicks and defensive movements
  • Balance, coordination and athletic movement
  • How to listen, follow instructions and work with a partner

  • Respect, discipline and positive training habits

The emphasis is on learning through movement, games and achievable challenges while helping every child feel comfortable and included.

AGES 8–12 | DEVELOPMENT

Build strong martial arts foundations, confidence and athletic ability.

The Development program introduces students to more detailed Muay Thai and boxing techniques while continuing to develop fitness, coordination, discipline and teamwork.

Classes provide the right balance of structure, challenge and enjoyment. Students are encouraged to improve at their own pace while learning how to train safely and positively alongside others.

The Performance program is designed for teenagers who want more structured and challenging martial arts training.

Students develop higher-level Muay Thai and boxing skills alongside their fitness, strength, confidence and ability to perform under pressure. Training is suitable for both recreational students and those who may eventually want to progress towards sparring or competition.

Students will work on:

Competition is never compulsory. Every student is supported according to their experience, confidence and personal goals.

Muay Thai & Boxing – What’s the difference?

Boxing is known as the sweet science and focuses on punches, footwork, defence, and movement.

In our kids and youth classes, Boxing builds:

  • Speed, agility, and fitness
  • Confidence and self-control
  • Strong foundations for sport and general fitness

Both disciplines are taught in a safe, controlled, non-contact or light-contact format, appropriate to age and experience.
